AEP is professionally managed by a dedicated Tenant Services Department. ClikFIX is Bentall Kennedy's tenant service contact centre. This team won the national BOMA Pinnacle Award for Outstanding Customer Service.

Customer Service Representatives are trained to quickly and efficiently handle tenant inquiries and requests across a broad range of situations. From the moment a tenant signs their lease with Bentall Kennedy, they can call to make arrangements for their move into AEP; whether it's making arrangements for building access cards, elevator bookings or arranging monthly parking for their staff. Once they are settled they can also call about heating, air conditioning, housekeeping, security, plumbing, or shipping and receiving. ClikFIX personnel also coordinate tenant communications, special events, information seminars, and move coordination. ClikFIX is Bentall Kennedy's full service, one stop, contact centre.

Tenants deserve a prompt response to their call. On average, we answer in 6 seconds. As a courtesy, building operators / maintenance personnel will call tenants within 15 minutes of receiving a Work Order to advise they received their call and to provide an estimate of the time they will attend to the request. This courtesy provides tenants with confidence that their request was received and allows them to better plan their day if they need to be in attendance when the work is completed.

Work orders are tracked by our computer system to help us diagnose operating trends and anticipate matters even before tenants may notice them. These trends can help us identify efficiencies that we can act on to save tenants money. Tenants can even give us "rules" that will allow us to handle matters in a standard manner so that no discussion is required. That saves tenants time.
