    We take a holistic approach to designing office space. Our sustainable business park offers not only a gorgeous greenspace, but many amenities that allow tenants to lead sustainable, balanced lives between work and home. With childcare services, an onsite café, picnic areas, and a walking path for daily exercise, Airport Executive Park is a space of sustainability and wellness.

    Located just south of the Oak Street Bridge station in Richmond, our commercial office space is easily accessible by transit—and we make commuting even easier by offering a shuttle bus service from the Bridgeport Canada Line Station. If you commute by car, our location conveniently avoids much of the traffic congestion surrounding Richmond, and there is plenty of parking available on-site.  Regardless of how, your commute to Airport Executive Park is sure to be easy.

    Conferences

    Our executive conference space accommodates up to 50 people and features modern workplace amenities and communication solutions. Available to tenants on a pre-book, no charge basis, from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM,  our conference space is designed to support successful meetings.

    Child care

    Offering part-time and full-time childcare, Kids and Company provides a fun, nurturing environment that caters to your child’s unique needs and exceeds your expectations. With your little one (or ones!) safely in the care of our childcare team, you can confidently take care of  business.

    Cafe & Catering

    Whether you need a caffeine fix, a healthy breakfast or lunch, or catering services for a conference meeting, our on-site restaurant, Crème de la Crumb Cafe, provides a delicious option..
