Our professional team of Service Representatives is available by email or phone to assist you with any after-hours needs. All service requests are entered into our work database and dispatched to a qualified service technician. We have a rigorous tracking system used to follow your service ticket through to completion, ensuring every need is met promptly and efficiently.

Our team of representatives are here to help. For maintenance requests—emergency and non-emergency, within your office space, or in the building common areas—we have a 24/7 service centre to take care of tenant needs. When calling the Colliers Service Centre, please provide the following information so we are best equipped to assist you:

  • Building address, suite, floor and desk number (if applicable)
  • Your name and a contact phone number
  • Your company name
  • Detailed description of the service required

Response time

Using a priority management system—emergency, maintenance or comfort related—your request will be assigned to a service technician, who will attend to your request within 24 hours. Please note, depending on the type and severity of work required, the time to complete the work may vary. 

All urgent requests are handled immediately.
